Mas de Cocagne

Le Mas de Cocagne is a residential villa completely renovated to welcome up to 16 guests on a full-board basis. It is located on the Côtes d'Azur, Alpes Maritimes, France, between Nice and Grasse, halfway between sea and mountains, approximately 20 minutes' drive from the nearest beaches and mid-mountain hikes.

Directions:

• Plan near 06130 Grasse or 06000 Nice.  The exact address will be provided to confirmed visitors shortly before arrival.

• Plane: Nice Côte d'Azue (NCE) airport ~ 30-45 min by car, ~ 1h15-1h30 by direct bus.

• SNCF train, in order of proximity:

  1. Cagnes sur Mer or Grasse.

  2. Saint Laurent du Var.

  3. Nice, Antibes or Cannes.

Amenities:

Le Mas de Cocagne features the following amenities:

• Five single rooms, each sleeping two to four people.

• An independent, fully-equipped F1 apartment..

• A six-bed dormitory.

• Five walk-in showers.

• All rooms, including bedrooms, are equipped with Ethernet and TV.

• A low-power local WiFi point so as not to disturb people sensitive to electromagnetic waves.

• Three kitchens, including one in the independent F1: one large, one medium-sized, and one small.

• Three refrigerators and freezers.

• A large permaculture garden - improvement and expansion in progress.

• Orchard - project in progress.

• A large 130 m2 terrace.

• A small 20 m2 terrace.

• A 40 m2 lounge.

• A small pool with massage jets - project in progress.
